Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

It was recommended by my midwife and by most experts and is indeed an excellent cream. Made of pure lanolin it is said to be the most gentle and pure cream. There is no need to remove before breastfeeding. It can also be used as a natural moisturiser around baby's mouth, nose or bottom.

Excellent cream, worth paying the extra for. Provides quick and long lasting relief, safe to feed when using it and easy to apply.

Amazing used before baby came and still using when I start getting sore nipples while feeding. No need to remove for feeding. Doesn't need to just be for your nipples I've used it on dry skin, lips and as a nappy barrier cream. Alot goes a long way
