Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Applied generously and never suffered with cracked nipples/bleeding nibbles. I went through a tub a week which is want you would spend roughly on powered milk.
