Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

Great cream only need a little bit as it goes a long way. Really helped me keep on with breastfeeding. Had extremely sore broken nipples and this helped soothe the pain and heal the cracks and cuts.

Seems expensive at first but quality product which does exactly what it claims to and a tube lasts for ages -am still on my first tube after 6 months of daily use 3-4 times a day. Have used it for both my children and would highly recommend it.
