Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

This cream is an absolute life saver and O would not be without it, especially during the first few weeks of breastfeeding. It soothes sore nipples and you don't have to wash it off before feeding.
