Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

I have used this cream with three babies and it's excellent. The cream has a slightly sticky texture when applied, but works very quickly to sooth sore skin.
