Really good and was a lifeline when started feeding, don't need it now LO is a couple of months old. Only downside is a little greasy so had to wear breast pads with it to stop it coming through

I purchased this cream for my hospital bag and it was a lifesaver. Really helped with sore nipples and prevented chapping and rough,dry skin. Seems pricey but literally lasts forever as a little goes such a long way. I breastfed for ten months and still had some left in the tube when I finished even after using it throughout. Would highly recommend.
