"You get what you pay for - these were very comfortable, not sweaty and so good and I could wear them all day (unlike others I'd had to change several times a day) so probably better value for money."
The Lansinoh Disposable Nursing Pads now feature a Blue Lock™ core to ensure that moisture stays locked in, and are more absorbent than ever – capable of holding up to 20x their own weight, whilst still retaining their shape.
The soft, stay-dry lining draws milk away from the skin and into the core of the pad where it is absorbed by a special polymer to prevent leakage. This along with the two non-slip adhesive tapes keep the pad in place, and the contour creates a natural fit that won't leak or show under clothing. Ensuring mum feels dryer, quicker and for longer. Each pad comes individually wrapped for convenience and hygiene – perfect to slip into a handbag or nappy bag.

I found Lansinoh breast pads very soft, so kind to sensitive nipples, but very strong so (if you needed to) you were able to use them more than once - a handy thing if running short on supplies!

The least plasticity and itchy disposable brand I found. The absorbacy was low so you need to change them regularly which is good for hygiene. I still much prefered the washable variety.

had these first very uncomfortable and expensive.

Not worth the money. The sticky bit doesn't work very well and they are not very absorbent. I would recommend buying reusable pads instead. They are much more reliable and cheaper in the long run.

I found these to be a pain to use and didn't stay put. It may be that it is all disposable pads as I didn't try any others. I did get Lansinoh washable pads and they were fantastic.

Very overpriced and it doesn't stay in the bra

I did not find these absorbent enough and would need to change them every two hours or so which was difficult during the night. When your baby sleeps through, you do not want to be setting alarms to change your breast pads! Not good for heavy leaker.

The best of the disposable pads but I still moved to reusable ones as they are much better.
