I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

I haven't bought anything personal from this shop,but i did receive few clothes for my baby as a gift from a friend.I simply love their clothes because are so colourful and being a mother of a baby boy we all know that its getting very boring when you go for shopping and all you can find for your baby is clothes in blue,white,grey,black which is super boring.I love dressing my baby in red,green even yellow babies they all look so cute in these colours.So receiving these clothes for my baby, made me so curious and i've checked their site and honestly the clothes are gorgeous i can find so many beautiful colours even for a baby boy with nice designs on,prices a bit on the high side but for the quality,design and colours i guess its worth the money,love love Jojo Maman Bebe
