I will never buy anything online from JoJo again. From start to finish there has been a catalogue of errors. My order was lost in their system and after numerous chase emails and chats (their phone lines have been closed because they are too busy), they eventually found it but were no longer able to fulfil it. My order was cancelled by them and I was refunded. Two weeks after my purchase, I am now left with nothing but a rising blood pressure. Their clothes are beautiful, but their customer service is absolutely appalling. Never again!

I bought the Tartan Party Dress for my three year old granddaughter for Christmas. It has just arrived by courier and it looks like a rag. I expect some fold creases but this is completely covered in creases and the velvet is crushed. It looks so tatty and cheap - what a disappointment.

Discovered this shop when my son was born as we received a few gifts from here. Me and my partner love it and receive their monthly catalogue. Clothes are brilliant quality, even after plenty of washes! Lovely fabrics used and lots of gorgeous patterns too... especially on the all in ones!

The clothes size actually fits the baby, its not too small or too big. good quality, you wash it over and over and it stays in good condition

Excellent quality, lovely clothes but I have never bought anything more than bibs or socks because it's too expensive ! But I had a few presents from there and I loved them.
