Got the Milestones and my son (approx 12 months old at the time) hated it. He also managed to get free of the restraints on more than one occasion. Customer service were terrible when we complained. Their advice? Explain to him he shouldn't do it....well why didn't I think of that?

When my baby was in the car seat she looked comfortable and secure, but as soon as I placed the car seat on to the car base the seat seemed to tip forward, making my babies head tip forward when on a car journey, tried adjusting the padding but to no avail.
