We used the chicco next to me and it was perfect for those early months. Very secure and safe and we absolutely loved the fact it was a safe version of co sleeping. Definitely recommend to any parents.

I use the next to me cot. It is amazing. My baby is very big, she was born big so if I had used a moses basket etc she would of been out of it in a month. This means she is still next to me currently. It gives me such peace of mind to know she is okay and I can see her through the mesh. She also finds the cot very comfortable.

I used the next to me crib was fantastic but I put the side up as I couldn't sleep for worrying I would catch my babe with my duet

The next to me cot has been brilliant for myself and baby - emergency c section meant I struggled to get in and our of bed when home but the next to me fit perfectly next to my bed and my little girl has slept beautifully in it. And its in pink which is a bonus!

U can find cot half price than chicco to do the same job it doesn't have nothing special

The Next2Me crib is expensive, but worth it. It's brilliant to easily bring baby across to feed, then put safely back. It's lovely to be able to see him, and lay a hand on him if I need to. It was advertised as being portable though, which we haven't tried but I think it would be too cumbersome for this.

Bought because it was quite unique and there isn't much choice in this type of cot (next to me). Very expensive and mattress is too hard but allows safe Co sleeping. Would be good if design allowed a longer lifespan of product. It could be more sturdy.

The only thing missing in the chicco next2me is the fact that it doesn't rock. If your bedroom is small, it's not easy to fit it next to your bed.
