We used the chicco next to me and it was perfect for those early months. Very secure and safe and we absolutely loved the fact it was a safe version of co sleeping. Definitely recommend to any parents.

Used the 'Next to me' crib and it is excellent. Well worth the money and has lasted us comfortably up to 8 months before having to make the big purchase of a cot bed. It's easy to assemble and breaks down to lay flat in a carry bag. We used it to travel to relatives as it easily fits in the boot. There is a side that zips down so you can have the crib right next to the bed. Even if you have a divan bed you can fold the legs in to ensure a snug fit to the bed. It also has adjustable height.
