Not as bouncy as one would presume however the vibrate and music options are good for soothing a young baby.

The best! I loved this. I used it with my little girl when tiny and she could lie almost flat at a slight angle, I used it for her almost sitting up. It rocked and bounced, there were handles to carry it around the flat, it was simply the best!

I have used Chicco Balloon Bouncer. I loved the fact that it is designed for the little ones from birth making my life a bit easier when I had to do chores around. I felt that baby was safe and comfortable in there.
