Not as bouncy as one would presume however the vibrate and music options are good for soothing a young baby.

The best! I loved this. I used it with my little girl when tiny and she could lie almost flat at a slight angle, I used it for her almost sitting up. It rocked and bounced, there were handles to carry it around the flat, it was simply the best!

I loved the chicco bouncer great sturdy bouncer it did 3 of my boys before I needed to buy a new one vibration motion is optional and the toys an the music soothed 3 of my boys to sleep would definitely recomend
