This is good pain relief for babies who are teething and sick, the only issue I have is the amount of sugar it still contains would love if it had a natural sweetener for babies to enjoy rather than granules of sugar I get around my 10month old sons mouth.

A little more expensive but comes with the handy cap the syringe fits into no fath which makes life so much easier with a baby.

Its works for pain relief but is expensive as it is a brand name and works exactly the same way as a generic version of paracetamol
