Brilliant now my son is a bit older, when we first used it, it made him projectile vomit so we steered clear for a while, but since he's over one it's been brilliant.

Always works in relieving my child's pain & bringing down temperature. Didn't like taste as a baby but once started weaning was happy to take when needed.
