My Baby would be relieved almost immediately when she was up to 6 months. Relief took a little longer as Baby grew older.

This was not really a good option for me as did not seem to help at all when my baby had severe teething pain. Its better than nothing is the best I can say. The price is very reasonable too I feel. Maybe best for mild use.
