I found this one took an effect on my daughter quicker to soothe her pain. Brilliant product but a bigger tube would be better for babies who are cutting more than one toot at once.

Similar to the other gels on the market. Had to give up using gels with both my children though, as I used to get bitten when trying to apply it!
