I only took the boots supplements for a short period, but the seemed ok. I changed because they do not include the omega 3 which is in the pregnacare plus.

I tried the folic acid amd vitamin d in my pregnancy. I'm not sure if it's normal bur they gave me reallly bad wind, I've also heard folic acid should not be taken on an empty stomach but thrre is no real mention of how to take them

I used Boots tablets throughout pregnancy and breastfeeding. I do find them expensive, but Ive had no problems and hope they are beneficial for my baby and I.

These were recommended to me by my midwife and gave me everything I needed for a healthy pregnancy. They are a great price and are often on offer too so you can save money for more baby clothes!! :)
