These are basic supplements which are very affordable. I used the folic acid from Boots.

The tablets are big in size but do not have an unpleasant aftertaste and are excellent value for money.

Very good combination with all the essentials. I struggled a bit with the Ginger. .which is supposed to help for morning sickness, which I didn't have in the first place. Very much like the Pregnacare, better priced and I got round the Ginger problem by taking the supplement WITH FOOD. Go 3 for 2!!
