"Doesn't need to be washed off, but a lot of applications needed to see results"
Boots Maternity Lanolin Nipple Cream has been developed to help you through breastfeeding every step of the way.
Bit sticky but does the job well.

Cheap and cheerful. I guess for the price it's ok.

A little too thick in consistency. Not helpful if nipples are sore already. Slightly too strong a scent

Good quality, good price, only criticism is it goes a bit thick if not used often enough

It was very reasonably priced so this was an enticement but it was very sticky and gloopy and didn't go on well.

Only used this product for a short time, but in the time I used it, it relieved sore nipples from breastfeeding and repaired the skin quite quickly.

This is the only one I used so I don't have anything else to compare it with. I used it from the very first day and lathered it on regularly! I liked the fact that you didn't need to wash it off to feed the baby (which was lucky as she fed every 5 minutes!). It did help with some of the nipple soreness and I wouldn't have been without it in those early days. Good value for money. The only thing I did find is it can leave residue on your bra so best to wear a breastpad (which I needed anyway for the first few months). Can also leave your fingers a bit sticky after application so need to wash / wipe them - not always easy with the demands of a newborn!
