Boring website, hard to find some items/pages, small selection, ok prices

I did not like their wish list. I began making one, and once I reached 24 items, it wouldn't let me add more. It also wouldn't allow me to remove items from the list that I no longer needed.

I find this website difficult. There is plenty of choice and good prices, but i don't like how some items are in-store / click & collect only and some items are online only & then you still have to pay for delivery!

Had so much difficulty trying to reserve items on this site. In the end I gave up and just hoped the store still had stock when I got there!

The website is easy to use but 3 times my orders were messed up. Either taking money from my bank 6 weeks after ordering or orders just not turning up. Their customer service is ridiculous and nobody really seems to want to help.
