I bought this when my boy was around 10 month old and was teething and in pain. I cannot leave a good comment about it. Unfortunately if turned out my boy was allergic to some of the ingredients (never was allergic to any food, milk or other medicine or teething gel). I did the first application in the afternoon, in the evening I noticed an ulcer on the inside of his lip, but didn't put the two and two together, so made another application. He woke up screaming in the middle of the night, he looked hungry but didn't want to take bottle into his mouth, thinking he was really in pain from teething I applied the gel for the third time. I was horrified when we all got up in the morning and I saw my little boys entire tongue deep down covered in ulcers. I rushed to the GP, he wasn't impressed with my choice of teething relieve, but the worst thing was that there was nothing he could prescribe him to treat it. It was agonising for my boy, he couldn't drink any milk for around 3 days. I cannot describe how angry I felt at the situation and myself for causing him so much pain. And yes - I read the leaflet!!! I just didn't anticipate that something which is supposed to treat ulcers and relieve teething pain can actually cause ulcers. I would say, please be cautious, test small amount, wait few hours, thoroughly check your baby's mouth before applying next dose.

Easy to apply and the small bottle is easily slotted into a purse if you dont carry a bag sround everywhere.

Good for quickness and if baby lying down as until they are a bit older i didnt like to pour powder into mouth when lying.

Remember using this when I was a child on ulcers and it numbs the area. Baby doesn't seem to mind the taste and happily lets me put it on her gums. Application can be tricky as have to get drops on fingertips and transfer to gums.

I have recommended this product continuously since we started to use it. It's easy to use & gets to work straight away. I can see my little boy get comfort from it. When he is particularly bad I have used it with other products. I don't leave the house without it!
