I used the hand pump to help me start expressing before I loved to the electric. I would say this is fat too much work, but very cheap to help the flow begin.

Breast milk leaks from the pump .it takes too long to take out milk. I am using manual pump so it really is time consuming and my hands get hurt and tired

I have used electronic breast pump. It's OK but for the women with small breast I would suggest that attachment which holds the breast in place would be moveble, otherwise if you don't keep your back straight, pumped millk doest goes to the bottle to good.
