Bought and used the tommee tippee manual breast pump and it did not work at all!! Didn't even get a drop of milk, the only thing i got out using this pump was blood! Rubbish, waste of time and money.

I purchased a manual breast pump at first as didn't know how much I was going to use it. However I used it a lot and then bought an electric one but personally I found the manual one worked just fine and you have more control.
