Used both manual and electric, the electric was worth it's weight in good. Would recommend it to anyone!

I used the manual breast pump for about a month, it did the job but I found that it had too many parts which made it fiddly to put together and harder to clean. My hand and arm used to pump also ached because it takes a fair amount of effort to push down the pump. I would not purchase this product again.

Electric BP is very good. I brought mine second hand (hardly used) and it did what was needed with minimal effort. I had previously used the manual BP when my older son was a baby, and it was better for overall milk production, but made my hands cramp from pumping. That was brought brand new and very good value for money.

It does the job and for the price you really can't complain. Now and again the part that rests on your breast would become out of shape on the inside which was annoying and also a lot of milk would leak and not make it into the bottle. For the price though it does the job.

Have the manual pump which is fine. Does the job but is hard work! If your really full and need to pump for relief its okay. If you're wanting to express on a more regular basis definitely look at electric pumps as this is exhausting. For expressing while weaning or teething to make cereals or lollipops best thing we bought was the haakaa.
