I used the hand pump and it was ok for what we paid, only issue was pumping at 4 in the morning with your hand is exhausting, I would advise getting an electric one too.

Not enough suction, very noisy motor from the pump and I wouldn't bother even with the hand pump. Better to pay a little bit more for a good quality pump

Only tried manual hand pump but good value for money, and useful back up to have if you don't regular pump. Can make your hand a bit sore depending on how efficient you are at pumping!
