I found these to be exactly the same as the more expensive branded ones. These were always on 3 for 2 offer! I also took tesco pregnancy with Omega for a while. This was a liquid tab, not a chalk style one. A bit more expensive but easier to take and always on 3 for 2

Brilliant product. Great values for money. Small, tablets which meant when I was feeling really nauseous I was able to take them. Also, this product did not make me fell worse unlike other pregnancy vitamins.

I think all multivitamins are pretty much the same in terms of quantities. I found the supermarket ones much better value for money!
