I've been happy with my online baby shopping from tesco. Any issues can also be easily resolved by popping into the store.

When I had ordered baby clothes there was an online glitch and they emailed to say all of my order was cancelled. When I called to speak to someone they said this was not the case and they would reinstate my order and I had everything for half price. Excellent customer service.

Love F&F products. They are okay. But they need to mix up colours for boys clothes as they are stuck on blue for boys. Other mum and baby produxts are good. Love their wipes and pull ups for bigger kids
