Great as a barrier but does not get rid of nappy rash just helps to prevent it like sudocreme but not as expensive

Lovely value for money - nothing special but a great everyday nappy cream. This is what we use day to day and my little one has only had nappy rash 3 times in 5 months - always when we've been out and he's pooed and we've not been able to find anywhere to change him.

Very thick soothes can stick so can be a pain to wipe off if baby is sore
