My favourite, thick texture means you only need a small amount meaning it lasts a very long time. Soothes effective area quickly and clears up rashes.

I use this everyday to prevent nappy rash. If I stop using it within a couple days my baby starts getting sore. Sometimes if my baby gets poorly or is teething, nappy rash seems to pop up so that's when I use metanium. Also I make sure my baby has at least half hour in the morning to wiggle around with nappy off. He's a happy chappy.

You get alot for your money and it lasts a long time. Very gentle on child's skin and I highly recommend this product

Cleared up nappy rash well. Lasts a long time on skin and in tub as only need a very small amount. Good value for money

I find sudocrem is useful for anything. For a sore bum or any sore or eczema
