My favourite, thick texture means you only need a small amount meaning it lasts a very long time. Soothes effective area quickly and clears up rashes.

This is a personal favourite of mine, the texture is great, it does the job and I feel like it actually protects my boy! It doesn't smell bad and costs the area well!

Used this when there appeared a bit of a rash on babies bottom. I used it a couple of times and the rash disappeared. Not greasy or smelly.

This is my go to cream. A tiny amount goes a long way. It's rather thick and not the easiest to apply but does work. Used with combination of disposables and reusable nappies but with a liner as I heard it can coat real nappies and leave them less absorbent, but this totally wasn't a problem for us, although tiny quantities were used. We only used when there was redness and it knocked it right back. It also worked on a rash that bepanthen didn't prevent or treat. You need very little, some people plaster it on unnecessarily, I've seen people put on more in 1 nappy change than I would use in a weeks if I were to use it at every change!. It doesn't rub in well but it doesn't have to. The tubs are massive, I transfer a teaspoon full into a lip balm tin to carry in the change bag. Also for hygiene you should only apply with a clean finger - if you need more use a different finger.

Thick enough to leave a layer to protect the baby
