I found sma to be in line with other leading brands. However, what I did like about this brand is that they are the only one to use a metal tin for their powder instead of a paper carton like the others. I felt this was a much fresher way to store the powder however it is reflected in the slightly higher price.

I have my baby SMA H.A. As a supplement when I was breastfeeding. He went to a stage where he struggled to maintain average weight. This product is very good!! It didn't make him bloated and it was fulfilling. I chose SMA H.A. because it reduces the risk of developing allergy to cows milk, therefor helping transitioning from breastmilk to formula and avoiding baby's rejecting the bottle. It worked and it helped my baby keeping the right weight! Unfortunately it is more expensive than average formula so I would recommend buying it for a specific situation like mine or if you know your baby is intolerant to cow's milk protein.

I have only ever used SMA Pro first infant milk for my little boy and had no problems with him drinking it, and he still does, I would recommend sma to anyone but it does depend on how baby reacts to it ??
