I found sma to be in line with other leading brands. However, what I did like about this brand is that they are the only one to use a metal tin for their powder instead of a paper carton like the others. I felt this was a much fresher way to store the powder however it is reflected in the slightly higher price.

The standard milk is just the same as any of the other brands of formula you can buy in the supermarket, no matter what claims they make! We mostly used the extra hungry and then stage 2 milk. The extra hungry was great for my daughter's reflux as it was much thicker than standard milk (even with thickeners in). We changed to stage 2 milk as it was cheaper, sometimes on special offer and coupons were available for it as well.

Hated this milk. I know it is recommended by midwives/health visitors if you don't choose to breast feed but I tried this with my daughter and she was vomiting constantly and was extremely constipated! Changed milk and she was perfect after that. I would not recommend to parents!

My daughter took to this brand straight away and has had a smooth transition onto the follow in formulas. I would recommend this product as easy to use with guidance on each tin. Also it is good value to.
