I found sma to be in line with other leading brands. However, what I did like about this brand is that they are the only one to use a metal tin for their powder instead of a paper carton like the others. I felt this was a much fresher way to store the powder however it is reflected in the slightly higher price.

I used SMA gold from birth until fully weaned and into cows milk. Never had any problems. Easy to mix up and measure. Easy to obtain and frequently on offer. Also tried the cartons and glass bottles which were handy but would like to see them available in smaller quantities

My daughter took well to this milk and as a well known brand I had chosen as used 16 yrs previously for my eldest and 38yrs before my mum had used for me. Daughter is almost 3 and still has the toddler version as she doesn't like normal milk.
