Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

I felt like Seven Seas gave me a good overall feeling that I was getting all the multivitamins required during pregnancy. I was especially told to take Folic Acid and it was good it was included. It also was at a good price.

For me personally this brand were by far the best pregnancy and supplement. Not only did I feel more energetic taking them, which was a struggle during my pregnancy, these tablets also improved my appetite ans helped massively with my morning sickness. The coating of the tablet was another positive as it didn't have that grainy texture other vitamin tablets have.

Very good choice of pregnancy vitamin. Virtually tasteless which is a relief! Well known brand and it does not disappoint!
