Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

Very good overall, gave me strength and wellbeing. The ginger in it helped me a lot in the first trimester to stop morning sickness. I really felt a difference in the days i forgot to take it. However, cannot be taken in the evening as it caused me much heartburn, so i took them during lunch which was fine.

I only used these for a short while at the very start, i find it had to take tablets but found these to be really easy to swallow.
