These tablets are very small and easy to swallow which is useful for people who struggle with normal size tablets. They come in a pack with days marked on them so you know if you have taken one that day. They are also good value for money.

I had these as a pre pregnancy supplement to give me all the vitamins and minerals I needed. Really small tablet which was good for me as I struggle taking tablets.
