Ok but didn't really get on top well with them. Made me feel nauseous if I took them on an empty stomach.

Reasonably priced and has all the nutrients. However had to change to Centrum due to the fact I was feeling rundown.

Seven seas are by far my favourite. Not the nicest size but they made me feel so much better and helped my energy levels.

I used the seven seas folic acid contraception tablets to get pregnant. After one month of taking these I fell pregnant. May have been a fluke but it seemed to work for me.

These were my favourite during pregnancy. Great value for money, small and easy to swallow, marked with days of the week to help you remember. I stuck with these once I got them. I also used seven seas when trying to conceive

Didn't have any side affects, i.e. sickness. Boots normally have these on offer too.

The tablet is quite large but is coated for easy swallowing. They contain all the vitamins you need for you and baby while you are pregnant in one tablet rather than several
