Easy to swallow pill that didn't make me feel sick or constipated. Would recommend to all pregnant women. Good to know that one pill contains all the vitamins you need to support you and your baby through the pregnancy.

These were the best ones I tried. It helped alot as other tablets I could not keep down during my terrible bouts of morning sickness. Not too expensive to buy either.
