These disposable pads are brilliant at ensuring no (embarrassing) leaks especially in the early days when your milk supply is regulating itself. The only thing I found is that the outer material of the pad can be a bit uncomfortable on your skin until you are used to wearing them.

Sainsbury's breast pads were ok I did have a couple of leaks but i still used them it wasn't every time
