These disposable pads are brilliant at ensuring no (embarrassing) leaks especially in the early days when your milk supply is regulating itself. The only thing I found is that the outer material of the pad can be a bit uncomfortable on your skin until you are used to wearing them.

Very absorbent and value for money, only problem can come unstuck and move in bra

I didn't leak any milk so unsure about absorbancy but they soothed my sore nipples
