Not very good. Only absorb a little amount of milk. Too thin and small.

Only have 1 attachment strip that sticks to your bra so hopeless especially in the early days when let downs are frequent. Ended up wet through on more than 1 occasion

I was not too keen on these, I found them fairly rough and itchy. I used only a couple, before switching to a different brand as I could not handle the feel of them.
