I got my red kite baby sling at a very good price. I got this one as although known to be cheap, I wasn't sure how much I would use it and it looked safe and well made so thought I would try it with a view to purchasing a more expensive model if I used the baby sling a lot and the red kite one proved to be not as good as it looked. For my little ones first year, I used the red kite carrier a few times and she was very happy in it. At first I found it very difficult to put on without my husbands help but once I worked out a safe way to put the carrier on, then put baby in, it was ok. The carrier was quite comfortable to wear. However, now baby is 14 months old, I don't think she will comfortably and safely fit in it. My friend has another model, her son is heavier than my little one and she regularly safely and comfortably carries him around in that so I may have to look at getting a different more expensive carrier. However, for the price, the red kite was good and safe for babies first year!

Not really for a larger parent. It doesn't seem to adapt to mummy still having a Postpartum bump. Others I've tried were a comfy for for baby and the straps were comfy on me. I wouldn't buy this again

Good value for money. Carrier was easy to get on, but not as comfy as other carriers we've used. Also wasn't very generous in size so had to stop using it after about 3 months. Easily got what we paid for though.
