I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

The new mum breastfeeding tablets are labelled with days which makes it easy to keep track of when you have taken them (great when you have sleep deprived baby brain!)

I find taking tablets difficult especially with them being so large but I know they are full of goodness for both myself and baby. I used to have a tablet a day with yogurt, which helped me swallow it easier and take away the taste of the tablet. I heard about Pregnacare through Bounty as well as researching online. I am confident they provide the nutrients needed for both me and baby and I will be choosing this brand if/when I become pregnant again.

Not so great in the first three months as these made my nausea worse. Afterwards, I got on with them brilliantly and felt I'm getting all I needed.
