I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

All in one and easy to take, slightly on the large side but with a good glug of water it goes down really well.

Good value and great tablets and can find in most shops. Only disadvantage is that the tablets are quite big to swallow

I used these from as soon as I found out I was pregnant, I believe they helped me keep my vitamins up keeping me feeling well and stopped me feeling tired.

Throughout my pregnancy I have used this pregnacare tablet and it is excellent . I admit that it can somehow prevent miscarriage and made me more strong and healthy.
