I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I have used these throughout my pregnancy & breastfeeding journey. They didn't make me feel sick & if anything made me feel better. I definitely notice if I missed a day. Also very easy to swallow.

Good product, hard to say how improved my health but overall was good, did not have any issues, all mu blood tests were good i guessed it helped as i toke since the beginning of the pregnancy. had a very good promotion 3 for 2 but if buying individual it is expensive.

Nice all in one tablets. Meet the recommendation for the level of folic acid. Used theirs pre conception ones as well.
