I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

Very good tablets, gives you all the suppliments and vitamins you need in one simple tablet once a day. I previously was just taking a folic acid tablets until my midwife recommended this to me as the best nutritional tablets during pregnancy. Although its slightly high on the price side, it definitely reassured me that i was taking everything i needed for my growing baby.

The tablets are large in size but do not have an unpleasant aftertaste and are average value for money.

Very good during pregnancy, nice to know that you are doing your best for your baby although I would say a bit pricey
