I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

I felt these covered all aspects of folic acid and so on and that my baby was getting everything he needed if I was to ever have another I'd use these again

I used these when I was pregnant with my son, I suffered from terrible morning sickness and this was the only supplement I could keep down, the price for the product is worth every penny. When I was feeling so weak it would loft my spirits and allow me to keep down water so I could keep hydrated.

Found these tablets gave me problems with consitpation this may have been due to the iron content
