I suffered with a vitamin d deficiency before I fell pregnant but the dose I was prescribed from the doctors was to high to have whilst being pregnant. So I thought I'd try these ones and they made me feel alot better near enough as good as the stronger ones. They are really good value for money, does exactly what they say they do for you. I would definitely reccomend these. It helped with my morning sickness where I was being sick so much, not eating properly like I shouldve they kept everything topped up.

I took the Pregnacare Plus tablets during my entire pregnancy and I found they were easy to swallow. My son was born healthy, happy and content. I'm not sure whether that was to do with these supplements or my diet. Though I did have low blood iron levels and had to take additional prescribed iron supplements for the last 3 months of my pregnancy. My only issue with these supplements was that they were expensive.

After having 3 miscarriages I was told about these tablets and tried the ones before pregnancy first, before I knew it I was pregnant I then started taking the pregnacare all throughout my pregnancy with fingers crossed I can now say I gave birth to a healthy little girl in December 2016 I am also a mature mum of 42 me and my partner got married in may 2016 and wanted a child together and her she is so I would definitely recommend these to anyone trying for a baby

These seem to be the leading brand. I trust them. They come recommened in all the prehancy packs you get from the birthing centres/hospitals. The problem is the price. I generally only buy these if there is a BOGOF deal on.
